Teamsdagen Code of Conduct
Teamsdagen wants everyone to enjoy their experience at Teamsdagen which is why we require all attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at Teamsdagen to agree to our code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event, and we expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
- Respect everyone: Treat all attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff and volunteers with respect and courtesy.
- Inclusivity: Ensure that everyone feels welcome and included, regardless of their background, gender, race, or beliefs.
- No harassment: Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes verbal, physical, and online harassment.
- Safety first: Prioritize the safety and well-being of all attendees. Report any unsafe situations to event organizers or venue staff immediately.
- Follow instructions: Adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by event organizers, venue staff and volunteers.
- Have fun: Enjoy the event and make the most of the opportunities to learn and connect with others.
What to do if you feel unwelcome
If at any point during the event you feel unwelcome or uncomfortable, please take the following steps:
- Reach out: Contact a member of the event organizers or volunteers. They are there to help and ensure that everyone has a positive experience.
- Report Incidents: If you witness or experience any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior, report it immediately to event organizers or volunteers. Your concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
